City Leaders Discuss Their Experiences with Public-Partnerships at the Congress of Cities in New Orleans
At the recent 2007 Congress of Cities held in New Orleans, the Water Partnership Council hosted a workshop where six municipal leaders shared their personal stories on public-private partnerships in the water and wastewater industry. The panel discussion was recorded and the video is now available to watch on the Congress of Cities Web site. It’s about an hour long and provides useful background about public-private partnerships.
